Arrive at 4pm to settle in and soak. Sound healing will take place from 4:30-6pm. You are welcome to stay and integrate with a soak until 7pm.
This is an immersive healing experience that blends the therapeutic power of sound, breath, and water to bring deep relaxation and renewal. We'll set the tone with prayer, gentle breathwork, collective vocal toning, hypnosis meditation, and sound healing with crystal bowls, shruti, voice, and chimes. Set in the serene warmth of Desert Reef Hot Springs, this event is designed to calm your nervous system, balance your energy, and reconnect you to your inner peace.
