Energy Work Sessions
Revitalizing barren lands and restore your inner wellspring.
Energy work sessions include Holy Fire Reiki, ThetaHealing, Hypnosis, and other modalities within Nina’s studies.
Sessions can feel restorative and like a homecoming, or may serve as escavation to find root-cause dis-ease.
Sessions are always clearing, clarifying, purifying, and awakening.
Somatic Alchemy Sessions
Body-based homecoming, integration, and union.
Somatic Alchemy sessions are womb-centric embodied movement or Voice Movement therapy sessions.
Sessions may include somatic release, emotional release, vocal activation, Trauma Tapping Technique, dance movement therapy, and more.
1 Telegram Day/ Week
Reflection, integration, processing, accountability, coaching, and support.
Choose one day, Monday through Friday, for your Telegram Day.
Share your process and continue your deepening with voice notes and texts over Telegram.
Option to add on Monday-Friday Telegram support!
Commitment:
60-120 minute sessions via Zoom
24 consecutive weeks, with room for integration weeks and telegram support.
Willingness to commit to yourself, for yourself.
Willingness to invest time, effort, and energy to integration work and reality creation outside of our live session time.
Willingness to sit with the uncomfortable, be self-accountable, and self-responsible.
