Gong Level 1 Training with Alessandra Montana

The 4-day Gong initiation training program is an immersive experience designed for those drawn to the world of sacred vibrations.

A unique semi-private experience to mold yourself with the instruments, learning how to create the sacred union between you and the vibrations.

Over the four days, participants will explore the profound energy and alchemical power of the Gong, gaining insights from Alessandra's 12 years of studies and above all her evolution within the realm of Sounds & Vibrations and the Gong.

During this transformative journey, attendees will delve into the art of gong playing, gong ethics, and gong consciousness by mastering the first 22 strokes and discovering the diverse range of techniques and gong types.

This comprehensive program provides participants with the opportunity to dive into the world of gongs, not only exploring this magnificent instrument and how to play but deepening into its energy and the alchemy power of the Gong.

The program is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of the gong and its many uses.

We will cover a range of topics, including an introduction to sound healing and the science behind, the art of gong playing, different techniques, and the various types of gongs.

Alessandra Montana is a Sound Keeper, a Vibrational Alchemist, Gong Master, Reiki therapist and a Yoga Teacher, deeply connected with the Energy of Mother Earth and with a soulful interest for indigenous traditions, old times fairy tales and angels.

In 2014, she took on the Studies with pioneers in sound healing and with the Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux who sporadicly she assists during his training in Mexico and Europe.

She has been offering Sound Journey for the past 12 years and teaching the mastery of the Gong for the past 7 years, after being pushed by the Grand Master himself to share her wisdom and her way to feel the Gong and Vibrational Healing.

She was chosen as private sound therapist for the Grateful Dead band, for the fans of Dave Matthews Band, The Phish during their Mexican tour and as well for the virtual launch of the opening of the 2020 Festival of Cannes. Her work has been mentioned in Yoga Journal USA, 66 minutes ( M6- French television), NewYork Times, Vogue Uomo ( Italy) to mention a few.

During her 14 years of Tulum , she merged into the living in deeply contact with nature and the energy of it. Connecting with the local traditions and medicines. She opened and managed the studio at Sanara Hotel one of the finest sanctuary in all Mexico, she offered experiences with sound in caves and she offered her journey at Sanara, Be Tulum, Nomande, Yaan, Holistika, Maya Tulum, Selina, Casa Magna, sacred temples to mention few.

More about your training

Throughout the training, we will also explore the healing powers of gongs and how they can be used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

You will have the opportunity to practice playing the gong and learn how to create a soothing and harmonious atmosphere using this instrument.

Each training is open only to four students to allow Alessandra to deliver very detailed assistance to each of the participants.

It is very important for her to dedicate individual and personal attention and time to each of the participants to allow the students to leave with the highest confidence and having mastered the techniques.

We will practice individually, we will create and simulate group sessions, 1:1 sessions, gong baths, sound journey, and more.

This is a training that will leave you confident and inspired to carry this alchemy into your life to create sacred space for you, your family, friends and your community
